Patch Test Policy for Colour Services

Your safety and wellbeing come first

At Jayne Elliott Hair Company, your safety is our top priority. That’s why we require an up-to-date patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour service.

This applies to:

  • All new clients visiting us for colour
  • Existing clients if it’s been more than 6 months since your last colour appointment

A patch test ensures there is no risk of an allergic reaction to the professional colour products we use. It’s a simple procedure, takes just a few minutes, and gives both you and our team confidence before your service.

We know your time is valuable, but this small step is essential to ensure your comfort and wellbeing, and is part of the high standard of care we promise every client.
